Two takes on one theme I’m noticing often at this time of year—as temperatures begin to fall, but the sun still has some warmth.
Interesting. In the first it looks to me like the leaves are indulging in a very crowded bubble bath!
My fav is the 2nd, due to its very very subtle colors and tones. Also I love the 1 plus 3 arrangement of the vertical columns of droplets.
I like the bubbles and the graphical clarity of the second pic. The first is a bit to confuse in my eyes.
Thank you both for taking the time to visit and give your feedback.
The first is definitely dense—those leaves were bagged for a garbage pickup. The second strikes me as more elegant, yet it was simply a car’s headlight. The macro lens Usha lent me is beautiful in its clarity!
The second would make beautiful wrapping paper. 🙂 I just *love* that you can get cards made out of your photos! Expect a lot of purchases from me.
What a pleasure to see your post here, Juliette! I like your idea of wrapping paper, and there must be somewhere I could order some sheets or a roll for personal use. Hmmm… 🙂
Oh yeah, finally I can see your images in Google Reader. Thanks, that’s great!
Love the bubbles
